Relax at the restaurant Walliserkanne where you can dine by candlelight in a unique setting, surrounded by a 350-year-old larch wood and enjoy our light and fresh cuisine. Exceptional attention to detail can be observed in both interior design as well as food arrangements.

Our chef Yohan Brunon-Zurbriggen and his team will pamper you with culinary delights. The lavishly appointed breakfast buffet provides you with just the right nutrients for a fresh start in the day. The half board guests are treated to an innovative five course meal including salad bar. For our external clients the a la carte menu shows a careful selection of fish and meat creation, a vegetarian corner and regional specialities.
